The blessed secret of spiritual purity, victory, and joy, of physical health and healing, and of all power for service is this: being filled with the Spirit. When we are filled with the Spirit, there is no room left for self, sin, worry, or care. When we are filled with the Spirit, we repel sickness and disease like red-hot iron repels water. Filled with the Spirit, we are always ready for service, and Satan turns away when he finds us clothed in the Holy Spirit’s garments of holy fire. Not half-filled, but fully filled with the Spirit is where victory and power lie.

This isn’t just a privilege—it’s a command. And the One who gave it will help us fulfill it if we come to Him with an empty, honest, and trusting heart, claiming our privilege in Jesus’ name and for God’s glory.
