“Bring them here to Me,” Jesus said. — Matt 14:18 BSB

Why haven’t you received the fullness of the Holy Spirit? How can we be anointed with the rest of the oil? The key is to make room for God when He provides the opportunity. Look at your life. Are you surrounded by needs, overwhelmed by trials and difficulties? These are the vessels God has provided for the Holy Spirit to fill. If you recognize their purpose, they become opportunities for new blessings and deliverances that cannot come any other way.

Bring these vessels to God. Hold them before Him in faith and prayer. Stop your own restless efforts and wait for Him to work. Don’t do anything He hasn’t commanded. Give Him room to act, and He will surely work. The very trials that seemed to overwhelm you will become opportunities for God to reveal His grace and glory in your life like never before. Bring them (all needs) to Me.
