A little girl offered her teacher a handful of wilted weeds and grass, saying, “Here’s a bouquet for you!” The teacher saw the love in the girl’s eyes and accepted the gift with sincere gratitude. Just like that, Christ accepts our smallest gifts and services if He sees love in our hearts.

This is how Christ receives the gifts and services of those who love Him. The gifts may be of little value, and the services may seem insignificant, but He accepts them with joy when they are done in love, and He rewards them richly.
