The Lord's Prayer for the Tempted

Lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. — Matt 6:13

Protect us in the dangerous hour,
And from the wily tempter’s power,
Lord, set our spirits free;
And if temptation should assail,
May mighty grace o’er all prevail,
And lead our hearts to thee.
