Consider how much grace one saint needs—so much that only the Infinite could supply them for a single day. Yet the Lord sets a table, not just for one but for many saints, and not

just for one day but for many years. Those who trust under the shadow of Jehovah’s wings are fully satisfied with the abundant goodness from God’s house, and this feasting is guaranteed by His faithful promise.

Have you ever had a painting that hung neglected in some back room? One day, you decide to frame it and put it in a better light. When you see it properly displayed, don’t you exclaim, “I never noticed how beautiful this picture is before! It’s like a

different piece of art now.” In the same way, many promises in God’s Word won’t stand out to you until they’re framed by new experiences, and then you’ll be amazed by them.
