Christ died and returned to life, so that he may be the Lord of both the dead and the living. — Rom 14:9 NET
Though the Lord desired to crush him and make him ill, once restitution is made, he will see descendants and enjoy long life, and the Lord’s purpose will be accomplished through him. Having suffered, he will reflect on his work, he will be satisfied when he understands what he has done. “My servant will acquit many, for he carried their sins.—”Wasn’t it necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and enter into his glory?"—We have concluded this, that Christ died for all; therefore all have died. And he died for all so that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised.
“Let all the house of Israel know beyond a doubt that God has made this Jesus whom you crucified both Lord and Christ.”—He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was manifested in these last times for your sake. Through him you now trust in God.

Give us today our daily bread. — Matt 6:11 NET
I was once young, now I am old. I have never seen a godly man abandoned, or his children forced to search for food.—He will have food and a constant supply of water.—The ravens would bring him bread and meat each morning and evening, and he would drink from the stream.—My God will supply your every need according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.—Be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you and I will never abandon you.”
“He humbled you by making you hungry and then feeding you with unfamiliar manna. He did this to teach you that humankind cannot live by bread alone, but also by everything that comes from the Lord’s mouth.”—Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the solemn truth, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but my Father is giving you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is the one who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” So they said to him, “Sir, give us this bread all the time!”
