But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. — Acts 1:8 BSB

There is power available to us if we have the Holy Spirit. God wants us to speak to others in such a way that they feel it, so deeply that they never forget it. God intends for every Christian to be effective, to make a real difference in the records and results of Christian work. Dear friends, God has placed you here to be a source of power. Not one of you is unnecessary—each of you is an essential part of God’s plan, capable of accomplishing all that He calls you to. I firmly believe there’s nothing God expects from us that He won’t give us the power to do. Whatever claim He makes on you or me, He will meet it and provide what’s needed. When Christ lived, died, and sent the Holy Spirit, He sent down resources for all our needs. There is no room for failure in the Christian life if we are drawing from God’s resources. Jesus, the ascended One, and the Holy Spirit, the indwelling source of energy, life, and efficiency, are enough for every challenge. Do you believe this?
