Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. — Mark 11:24 BSB
Consecration is entered by an act of faith. You are to take God’s gift, believe you have it, and confess it. Step out in faith, and let the devil know you have it as well as the Lord. When you say boldly, “I am Yours,” God answers from the heavenly heights, “You are Mine,” and the echo of “Mine!” and “Yours!” will ring throughout your life. When you confess Christ as your Savior and Sanctifier, He is bound to make it a reality, but you must stand firm on His Word. True testimony is telling what Jesus has promised to become to you, acknowledging His promises as your own.
Then, ignore the old life. If it tries to resurface, recognize it for what it is and declare, “This is from the old world. I am seated in heavenly places with Christ.”
