persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed. — 2 Cor 4:9 BSB
How did God perform the miracle of parting the Red Sea? He placed His people in a situation where they were surrounded on all sides—Egyptians behind them, the sea in front, and mountains on every side. There was no way out except through divine intervention.
Someone once said, "The devil can wall us in, but he can't roof us over." We can always look up. Our difficulties are God's way of challenging us, often making them so intense that we have no choice but to rise above them or be overwhelmed.
In such moments, if we embrace the divine element, our faith reaches its highest potential. We are pushed by the crisis into God's best.
Beloved, this is God's hour. If you rise to meet it, you will gain such a hold on Him that you'll never view your trials the same way again. You’ll learn to see them not as extremities, but as opportunities. Like Jacob, you will emerge from your Peniel experience, no longer Jacob, but victorious Israel. Bring your need to Him and prove His faithfulness.
