For it is God who works in you to will and to act on behalf of His good purpose. — Phil 2:13 BSB

Sanctification is the gift of the Holy Spirit, the fruit of the Spirit, the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the prepared inheritance for all who enter in. It is the highest expression of faith, not the product of our own works. It is divine holiness, not human self-improvement or perfection. Sanctification is the inflow of the life and purity of the infinite, holy God, bringing His perfection and working His will in us.

How easy, how spontaneous, how delightful is this heavenly way of holiness! It is truly a "highway" of holiness, not the "low way" of human efforts.

God’s great elevated railway lifts us above the struggling crowds who labor along the lower path, carrying us by His almighty power. It is His divine elevator, raising us to the higher chambers of His palace without the exhausting efforts of climbing the stairs.

Let us fully accept Him today, that He might cause us to walk in His statutes.
