Temptation Overcome by Faith

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. — Eph 6:16

Let faith exert its conquering power,
Say in thy tempted, trembling hour,
“My God, my Father, save thy son!”
’Tis heard—and all thy fears are done.
