Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, — Eph 3:20 BSB
When we enter into union with God through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, we come into the inheritance of all God’s blessings and begin to possess the land He has promised. Our physical health and strength flow from the power of our spiritual life. The prayer is fulfilled: "May you be in health and prosper, even as your soul prospers." When the kingdom of God and His righteousness are within us, all other things are added unto us.
God’s external work always matches the power that is at work within us. When God reigns in a person’s soul, both the devil and the world will soon take notice. We do not need to advertise our power—just as Jesus could not be hidden, so too will the person filled with divine power and purity become a beacon to those who are searching for hope and healing.
Let us welcome the Holy Spirit and recognize His indwelling glory. Then, we will experience the fullness of all that it means for our lives.
Lord, give me the hidden strength of Your power, and let Christ be glorified in me.
