The actual provisions of His grace come from the inner vision.

The same God who gives a bird the instinct to fly across continents in search of warmer skies also provides the sunshine and gentle winds to greet it when it arrives. He does not deceive the creature He has made, and just as surely as He places the instinct in its breast, He also prepares the destination to meet its needs.

Similarly, when God gave Abraham a vision of the Promised Land, He spoke in truth and love, saying, “All the land that you see I will give to you.” The same God who breathes hope into our hearts will not fail us. As we press forward, we will find that He faithfully brings us to the realization of what He has shown us. There is no unfaithfulness in Him who said, “If it were not so, I would have told you.”

Lord, give me the vision, and then grant me the victory. Show me all of my inheritance, and then give it to me in Christ Jesus.
