True wisdom teaches us to live our lives in the conditions we actually face, not wasting time dreaming about what we could do or who we could be if our circumstances were different. Instead, we should accept the life we’ve been given and look for ways to make the most of it, using every opportunity to be noble and do good.

Learning this lesson of practical wisdom is far more valuable than any change of circumstances could ever be.
