Not one of all the LORD’s good promises to the house of Israel had failed; everything was fulfilled. — Josh 21:45 BSB
One day, even you, who may feel weak and unsure, will stand on the heights and look back at all you've gone through, all you've narrowly escaped, and all the dangers He guided you through. You'll see how He protected you from falling and saved you from sin, and you’ll shout with a depth of understanding you don’t have now, “Salvation belongs to the One who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
One day, He will sit with us in that glorious home, and we’ll have all of eternity to reflect on the story of our lives. Together, we’ll go through this well-worn Bible of promises, and He will show us how He kept every single one. He’ll explain the mysteries that confused us, remind us of the things we forgot, and review the entire finished story. We will surely say again and again, “Blessed Christ, You have been so faithful, so good! Was there ever a love like Yours?”
And the great chorus will ring out once more: “Not one word of all His promises has failed; everything came to pass.”
