For you were made rich in every way in him. — 1 Cor 1:5 NET

For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.—Indeed, he who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all – how will he not also, along with him, freely give us all things?

For in him all the fullness of deity lives in bodily form, and you have been filled in him, who is the head over every ruler and authority.

“Remain in me, and I will remain in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me – and I in him – bears much fruit, because apart from me you can accomplish nothing.”—For I want to do the good, but I cannot do it.—But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you want, and it will be done for you.”—Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly … with all wisdom.

They will see his face. — Rev 22:4 NET

And Moses said, “Show me your glory.” But he added, “You cannot see my face, for no one can see me and live.”—No one has ever seen God. The only one, himself God, who is in closest fellowship with the Father, has made God known.

Every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all the tribes on the earth will mourn because of him.—“I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not close at hand.”

“As for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and that as the last he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God.”—As for me, because I am innocent I will see your face; when I awake you will reveal yourself to me.—We will be like him, because we will see him just as he is.—For the Lord himself will come down from heaven … and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be suddenly caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.
